About Me
Hi, I’m Steven.
I was raised on a farm, and eventually took on the responsibility of managing and operating it myself. When you live the farm life, you learn pretty quickly that if something breaks, you fix it — or figure out how to replace it yourself without breaking the bank. That kind of self-reliant, hands-on problem-solving has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
In 2016, my wife and I hired a contractor to remodel our home — and it turned into a really disappointing experience. The work was shoddy, communication was poor, and the results didn’t live up to what we were promised. After that, I decided I wasn’t going to rely on anyone else for that kind of work again.
Since then, I’ve completed four full remodels for our own homes. Through that process, I realized how much I enjoy the work and how much pride I take in doing things right. That experience is what led me to start this business — to offer the kind of reliable, honest service I wish we had back then.
